In Nepal, a three day India-Nepal crafts festival began in the capital Kathmandu today. Inaugurating the festival, Nepal’s President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav said such a common platform which would help artisans in both Nepal and India.

Addressing the function, India’s Ambassador to Nepal, Jayant Prasad said that the embassy has recently started interacting with the handicrafts Association of Nepal and twenty of students have been send to the National Institute of Design in Ahmedabad .
