A three day long Indian Property Show got underway at Dubai International Convention Center on Thursday.

Over 70 developers from different Delhi, Gurgaon, NOIDA, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Cochin, Thiruvananthapuram etc are displaying over 300 real estate properties to attract the NRI investors. 

The Organizers of the show expect business worth Rs. 5 crore on an average during the show. 

They are trying to make the most out of the spurt in demand among the NRIs because of falling rupee by nearly 30 percent over the past 6 months. 

With the rupee touching 55 mark vis a vis Dollar, the real estate segment is being seen as a good investment opportunity among the NRI’ investors especially from the Gulf region.
