Andhra Pradesh Governor E S L Narasimhan today emphasised the need to have peace and stability in the state for the development to pick up momentum. In a message to people of the state after taking charge for the second consecutive term, Governor stressed on achieving greater progress and ensuring the fruits of development reach people equitably.
