Iran has said sanctions over its controversial nuclear program should be lifted when talks are held with six world powers next week in Baghdad. Foreign ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast said the western nations shouldn’t be mistaken that Teheran can be compelled to forego its nuclear rights due to sanctions.
