The Chief Minister, Ms Mamta Bannerjee will present the Bongo Vibhushan and Bongo Bhushan awards to eminent personalities of different fields at a function in Kolkata this evening. They include Sitar Maestro Ravi Shankar, Noted Bengali Cine Actress Suchitra Sen and others.
The week-long Pragati Utsav also begun in the city yesterday to highlight the achievements of the new government
