In Jammu and Kashmir, Kargil Srinagar Road was reopened for Vehicular traffic on Tuesday. The road was closed for traffic for about five months. The GOC 15 Crops Lt Gen S A Hassanain and Director General BRO Ravi Shankar flagged off the traffic from Srinagar to Kargil and later traffic from Kargil to Srinagar were also allowed to pass.Lt General Hassanain appreciated the role of BRO and the efforts of the Ground staff.To make the movement of traffic smooth on Srinagar Kargil Leh Highway the administration has fixed a time schedule for the movement of traffic from both the sides .
