The CBI has registered a case in connection with the supply of all-terrain Tatra trucks through state-owned Bharat Earth Movers limited, BEML, to the Army .
the agency has also called for questioning Vectra group Chairman Ravi Rishi who is a majority stake holder in Tatra. The deal came under scanner after Army chief General V K Singh had alleged that he was offered 14 crore rupees bribe to clear a file related to purchase of trucks.
