he Andhra Pradesh High Court orders defreezing of Kadapa MP Jaganmohan Reddy owned Sakshi TV Bank Accounts. While issuing an Interim order in the unaccounted assets case, the court has allowed the business to run as usual for Sakshi media group.
However, the court ruled that Jaganmohan Reddy cannot sell any assets owned by Sakshi Group during the investigations being conducted by the CBI. The court also said that all payments for the media group should be transected through cheques only.
It further directed the Sakshi management to submit details of business transactions to CBI by tenth of every month.
Earlier, the Sakshi management had filed an application in the AP High Court challenging the freezing of bank account of Sakshi Media Group by the CBI.
